What part of the Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad do you not understand?

I ordered your salad today for lunch. 99.9% of the other time I get the awesome southwest ranch dressing. Why today did you give me newmans Own Low Fat Sesame Ginger?

It tastes like crap.

And you forgot my straw again.
