It's 7:40...

and there are two kids outside across the street with a jackhammer, who apparently work for a paving company... and they don't know how to use it. I really wish I was home all day to videotape this masterpiece. Because I've seen it for five minutes already, and it's funny as hell... They're arguing back and forth on why the hammer won't "penetrate" the cement and they called their boss and they still have no clue what's going on.

ahhh greatness.
